Erotic Journal Challenge: Reflection

Have you joined the Erotic Journal Challenge? Today’s prompt is about reflection of the past week.

Prompt: Take some time to reflect on this past week. What went well? What felt good? What challenges surfaced? What did you learn?

This past week has so many good things to reflect on. Let’s do this!

I’ve been doing yoga after work more regularly. Still not every day like I want, but something is better than nothing. I plan to redo the 30-day Move series by Yoga with Adriene again once I finish it. I’ll try to do it in 30 days. I’m excited for warm weather and looking forward to outdoor yoga on Saturday mornings again.

Wednesday’s #TheSexualitySpace was so good! If you missed it, please go to the recording and take a listen. It’s definitely worth your time, especially if you write sex-positive consensual, erotica because Rosy Wellness is looking for new stories. You can find out more about Dr. J.’s Space by subscribing to her newsletter.

Also, make sure you listen to #SexEdAndCoffee from Thursday because it was on fire. I highly recommend tuning in weekly because you’ll learn new things about sexual wellness and more.

Saving the best for last…

Wednesday was by far the best because I met a new guy in person. Photos are one thing but hot damn… he is sweet and sexy with a smile and voice to match. (Edit: This one has also died. Okay, he told me he was focusing on himself, which was a lie. I saw him on the dating app, Roommate has seen him twice on the dating app. All he had to do was say he wasn’t interested, but no, he had to lie.)

Meeting new people is a different kind of challenge, but once again, worth my time. (Reflection: I’m starting to wonder if it’s worth my time.)

What have I learned? I learned I’m able to do this writing thing three days in a row and share some deep insights into who I am as a person. What have you done this week? What do you have planned?
